Being a Global Digital Events Specialist at iManage Means…
You will step into a hands-on marketing role, responsible for executing and optimizing the digital events global roadmap including live and on-demand webinars, virtual demos, product launch events, and virtual summits. This role sits within the digital demand generation team and supports pipeline growth, funnel progression and audience engagement by delivering exceptional digital experiences across key regions and segments.
You’ll collaborate with portfolio marketing, sales, field marketing, global campaigns, event marketing, marketing operations and digital demand generation to shape a cohesive and scalable digital events program. From pre-event planning, technical setup, live event execution, and post-event follow-up and reporting, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to create an effective process to deliver the full execution of digital events and play a key role in evolving our global virtual engagement strategy.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. Being a Global Digital Events Specialist at iManage Means…
You will step into a hands-on marketing role, responsible for executing and optimizing the digital events global roadmap including live and on-demand webinars, virtual demos, product launch events, and virtual summits. You’ll collaborate with portfolio marketing, sales, field marketing, global campaigns, event marketing, marketing operations and digital demand generation to shape a cohesive and scalable digital events program. From pre-event planning, technical setup, live event execution, and post-event follow-up and reporting, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to create an effective process to deliver the full execution of digital events and play a key role in evolving our global virtual engagement strategy.

Planning & Execution:
- Developing and managing a digital events calendar aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Executing the global digital events roadmap and strategy, including live and on-demand webinars, demos, and virtual experiences.
- Guiding and program managing the end-to-end execution of global digital events across time zones and teams, from speaker coordination to platform setup and live moderation.
- Moderating select live events to ensure a polished delivery and interactive experience.
- Managing global webinar hubs and on-demand content libraries, driving evergreen lead generation.
- Project managing deliverables needed for promotion, event experience and nurture strategies.
- Creating project management templates, in conjunction with marketing ops, for the various digital event types to help scale and implement process efficiencies.
- Partnering with marketing teams to create promotional strategies (email campaigns, social media, landing pages).
- Developing interactive elements like live polling, Q&A, chat moderation, and surveys to enhance engagement.
- Partnering with event marketing, corporate marketing, portfolio marketing, pre-sales, sales enablement, and sales to shape event topics and calendars tailored to audience segments and buying stages; defining goals, target audiences, and event formats.
- Working closely with content, creative, and regional marketing teams to align messaging, assets, and promotional plans.
- Maintaining ongoing feedback loops with global campaigns, partner marketing, analytics, and field marketing to inform event strategy.
- Providing post-event reports and analysis to communicate impact and inform strategic choices for stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs (attendance rates, engagement metrics, lead generation, ROI).
- Applying a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve performance, format innovation, and registration-to-attendee conversion.
- Continuously reimagining and optimizing the attendee experience to increase engagement and conversion; Reviewing performance data to improve future event planning and execution.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital events, webinar marketing, or virtual event strategy—preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- A strong track record managing webinar platforms and integrated MarTech such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to support and manage multiple concurrent programs across regions.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with proven ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- A data-driven mindset with strong reporting, analytics, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- The ability to challenge the status quo with creative, scalable digital experiences.
- Experience with ON24 Webinar platform as well as Asana.
