You will be responsible for ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints, while also engaging and empowering our community of customers, partners, and industry advocates.
iM Responsible For…
- Campaign Development: Planning, creating, and executing integrated campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and reinforce iManage’s position as a leader in the B2B SaaS space and support overall marketing goals
- Segmentation and Localization: Working closely with the Demand Generation and Field marketing teams to align campaigns with middle-of-funnel strategies and to ensure effective localization of campaigns
- Market Research & Insights: Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform the development of campaigns that stand out in the market
- Content Creation & Curation: Working with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-impact content for campaigns and community channels, including blogs, videos, webinars, newsletters, and user-generated content
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing, customer success, product, and sales teams to ensure brand and community strategies are aligned with broader business objectives
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitoring the effectiveness of both campaigns and community engagement efforts, using analytics and feedback to optimize future initiatives. Tracking key metrics such as brand sentiment, community growth, and user engagement
- Project Management: Working with internal teams (creative, digital marketing, sales, PR, etc.) and external partners (media agencies, influencers, event coordinators) to ensure alignment. Assigning roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring everyone understands their part in both online and offline initiatives. Providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure that all campaign elements are progressing as planned
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all brand-related activities adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice, look, and feel across all touchpoints
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- A proven track record of executing successful campaigns and building engaged, loyal communities
- A strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, fostering deeper brand and community connections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- The ability to leverage data and community feedback to optimize campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, community programs, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in social media management tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), community platforms (Discourse, Khoros), and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Experience with customer advocacy or ambassador programs
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS landscape and understanding of customer personas in enterprise-level markets
- Experience managing campaigns globally or regionally
- Asana or other project management system experience
- A Background in managing virtual and in-person community events
