Being a Global Benefits Specialist at iManage Means… You will make a meaningful impact by helping employees access and understand our global benefits, which support their well—being physically, financially, and emotionally. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will own and optimize our employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.

iM Responsible For…
Managing day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, disability, and retirement/pension plans.
Leading the day-to-day tasks of the Global Benefits Administrator, acting as a coach and mentor in their professional development.
Collaborating with the global People Ops team on management of leave of absences and medical accommodations.
Serving as an escalation for employee benefits inquiries, providing precise, timely, and empathetic support.
Partnering with local People Ops Coordinators on global benefits administration.
Partnering and collaborating with global Payroll on items such as leave of absence, benefits enrollment, fringe benefit reporting, etc.
Coordinating global benefits renewals and open enrollments, including communications, system setup, and vendor collaboration.
Partnering with vendors and brokers to ensure high-quality service, competitive pricing, and smooth program administration.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA).
Guiding benefits onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire enrollments and US COBRA administration.
Managing the maintenance of accurate benefits records and data in the HRIS and ensuring system integrity.
Leading benefits audits, reporting, and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with the People team to create educational materials and initiatives that improve employee understanding and utilization of benefits.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
3–5 years of experience in employee benefits management, ideally in a multi-state or global organization.
Strong working knowledge of US benefit regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA). Knowledge of global benefits programs would be advantageous.
Experience working with HRIS and benefits systems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP, Workday, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 – $131,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
