Being a Campaign Operations Specialist at iManage Means…

You will join our Marketing Operations team and help power world-class campaigns that drive growth across global regions. You’ll bring technical expertise, process rigor, and a data-driven mindset to ensure campaigns are built, launched, and measured with precision.

This role sits at the center of campaign execution—partnering with Growth, Portfolio, and Corporate Marketing to translate strategy into flawless Marketo builds that deliver measurable impact. Because our marketing programs run globally, this position will collaborate across multiple time zones, including APAC, to support campaign launches and alignment.

As a core player in global marketing execution, you’ll ensure campaigns across regions launch seamlessly and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, process and tech-forward team that values experimentation, automation, and data-driven decision making. This role also offers room to grow into senior positions across Marketing Automation or Campaign Strategy, making it a strong fit for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing operations.

iM Responsible For…
  • Building and launching programs in Marketo, including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurtures that support global integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinating campaign execution across global regions—ensuring timely delivery for launches in North America, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
  • Owning the end-to-end process from intake through QA, testing, and deployment—ensuring programs follow established naming, foldering, and channel frameworks
  • Partnering with regional and demand marketing managers to bring campaign briefs to life, optimizing workflows for scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintaining clean and accurate data between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring leads and campaign members are tracked correctly for attribution.
  • Troubleshooting campaign issues and proactively identifing areas for automation or improvement.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Operations team members to document and evolve campaign processes, templates, and standards.
  • Upholding data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) across all marketing communications.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales to optimize Qualified.io experiences, monitor performance, and improve lead handoff processes.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign execution and marketing automation.
  • A strong understanding of Marketo–Salesforce integration, program member management, and lead lifecycle best practices.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region campaigns, with sensitivity to time zone coordination and regional launch needs.
  • A strong attention to detail and passion for QA—ensuring every campaign deploys flawlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
  • Experience with Demandbase, Qualified, ON24
  • Exposure to localization workflows and multi-language campaign execution
  • Familiarity with UTM governance and multi-touch attribution models

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $100,000–$115,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
