Being a Digital Campaign Performance Specialist at iManage Means…
You are keen to join our dynamic marketing team and actively contribute to our legal tech B2B SaaS growth into law firms, Enterprise and SMB Markets. You will play a key role in supporting the Demand Generation Managers by executing digital marketing programs, reporting on their performance, and optimizing strategies to improve ROI.

iM Responsible For…
  • Campaign Strategy/Planning: Assisting with the planning, development, and execution of segment/product campaign activities to deliver the business quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Audience Expertise: Identifying the appropriate account targets, aligning the messaging and value propositions, and requesting the content and creative elements needed to go to market. Developing recommendations and guidance on effective methods to target markets based on past results and new research.
  • Marketing Execution: Developing and executing high-impact campaigns and global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across multiple channels (i.e., email, social media, online advertising, field events) to engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales.
  • Email / Content Management: Engaging internal and external resources to develop marketing assets and tools to conver opportunities throughout the buyer journey. Writing email nurture copy and social post drafts as needed. Using data to tweak copy for campaign optimisation.
  • Project Management: Acting as the campaign virtual team lead to collaborate with other members of the marketing team (such as product marketing, brand, PR, social, events, field, operations, content) to ensure successful execution. Presenting plans, creating budgets, adhering to timelines, and aggregating the work of all other marketing functions into comprehensive and strategic plans.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitoring and reporting on campaign activity, providing strategic recommendations on channel investments to improve ROI. Interpreting and presenting insightful reporting and analytics to show how marketing programs impact revenue. Defining and tracking key metrics to optimise marketing campaigns and delivering ad-hoc analyses as needed. Providing insights into lead and opportunity creation, conversion rate optimisation, and influencing activity through multi-touch attribution modeling.
  • Learning / Best Practice: Staying on the cutting edge of marketing best practices and new channels by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and executing B2B pipeline-building marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Expertise in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms like Paid LinkedIn, Demandbase, Meta, Reddit, Quora, CTV, and other targeted B2B channels to promote advertising and content, analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Experience in leveraging customer analytics and insights data to guide marketing plans and properly target prospects.
  • The ability to work with virtual cross-functional teams with strong project management skills.
  • A mindset that thrives in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment and comfortable exercising influence without authority to align teams around marketing objectives.
  • Experience as a team-oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship-building skills.
  • A sense of humor and a positive, collaborative attitude to approach challenges and do what’s right.
