Being a Product Manager at iManage Means… You have a passion for the products, services and features we create to solve problems for the markets we serve. It means you are the catalyst for change, bringing relevant data and facts to the table to influence teams to build compelling features which change the outcome for customers or partners making them more efficient, more secure, and connected. As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of our Risk & Compliance products collaborating with internal teams and customers as we continue to grow in our cloud capabilities and overall transformation.
iM Responsible For…
Driving the roadmap for our Risk and Compliance products
Aligning with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales and Support to align on the product’s vision and growth strategy
Gathering qualitative insight and feedback for existing and new features, working with UX, Marketing and directly with customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to inform of product decisions and roadmap
Prioritizing development with engineering based on the market and customer facing commitments
Becoming a subject matter expert in our product space to lead client and prospect conversations to receive and translate feedback into actionable product goals
Communicating capabilities and benefits to the broader market or internal stakeholders who will use these features in their respective products
Participating in go-to market events to share your product insights and expertise
iM Qualified Because I Have…
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
3-5 years of product management experience in the B2B and SaaS product space
The technical aptitude as it relates to software development and product features
The skills to effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders both in writing and in person
The ability to collaborate, negotiate and work successfully across cross-functional teams
Experience communicating and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders
Determination and perseverance to execute complex projects from start to completion
A desire to learn and adapt to changes in markets and technology platforms
Bonus Points if I Have…
Experience working with Risk & Compliance products
Legal industry knowledge or experience
