Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture by empowering employees to reach their full potential through programs that elevate engagement, recognition, performance, development, and leadership.

As a Talent Programs Principal, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision and mission to life. You’ll design and deliver global initiatives that help employees grow, thrive, and make meaningful contributions to our shared success. This role is about more than programs—it’s about shaping a culture of growth, inclusion, and connection that drives both individual and organizational performance.

iM Responsible For…

  • Architecting strategies that strengthen our talent ecosystem—from how employees are identified and developed to how performance is enabled, recognized, and rewarded.
  • Leading the design, development and execution of global Talent Programs for a growing workforce of 1100+ employees. Initiatives intended to enhance performance excellence, career development, manager enablement, succession planning, and recognition.
  • Partnering across HR and business functions to leverage expertise and ensure alignment on strategy.
  • Building scalable frameworks that shape how we work together—for example, creating and implementing a global strategy for giving and receiving feedback, including a plan to skill every employee in this critical capability.
  • Driving adoption and integration of our career framework, iThrive, embedding competencies into core talent practices like onboarding, performance excellence, career conversations, and leadership development.
  • Formalizing and scaling mentorship programs to enhance individual development and support long-term organizational success.
  • Implementing succession and talent identification processes to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders aligned with our strategic growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure talent programs are aligned with business priorities and create a measurable impact on engagement and performance.
  • Designing engagement programs and listening strategies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks) that provide actionable insights and drive a more connected and inclusive workplace.
  • Developing a recognition and rewards strategy that reinforces our values and motivates high performance across the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing metrics to measure program effectiveness, employee growth, and business impact.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in talent management, organizational development, or related HR/talent roles with a track record of building enterprise-wide programs.
  • Strong program architecture skills to design scalable frameworks and translate vision into actionable, measurable initiatives.
  • Expertise across core talent areas such as performance management, talent identification, succession planning, career & skill development, engagement, and recognition.
  • Experience guiding feedback and culture initiatives, including developing tools, training, and processes that improve how employees and managers grow together.
  • Proficiency in leveraging career frameworks and competency models to support development, performance, and succession planning.
  • Expertise in coaching and enabling managers to lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
  • The ability to influence and partner with leaders globally, balancing strategic priorities with the needs of diverse employee populations.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills that inspire confidence and drive adoption of new practices across the business.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to shape decisions, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
  • A passion for agility and innovation, thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment where we are building for both today and the future.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
