Being a Security Administrator at iManage Means…
You are a dynamic individual excited and ready to take your Information Security career to the next level. You are comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders; IT, engineering, security operations, presales and customer security compliance teams.

You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain our security awareness program.  You will assist in the project management of security assessments.  You will be working with a variety of teams over many types of security objectives.   You will assist the team with our security and compliance objectives, develop periodic compliance and security metrics, and more.

iM Responsible For…
  • Establishing and maintaining a security awareness program.
  • Distributing periodic security awareness newsletters.
  • Staying up to date on trending security alerts/scams.
  • Introducing and educating members of the organization on home computer and network security topics.
  • Coordinating the annual security awareness training.
  • Managing and participating in projects related to third party audits and assessments.
  • Managing the status of security remediation of:
    • Third-party and customer pen tests.
    • Customer assessments
  • Monitoring KPIs and additional metrics.
  • Managing and maintaining our Document Catalog.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 3 - 5 years of general security expertise.
  • CISSP or other certifications.
  • Experience planning and implementing Information Security Awareness program elements and/or role-based training programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
  • Good verbal and written communication and client intimacy skills with experience briefing corporate executives and professionals 
  • Knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
