Being a Director of Corporate Marketing at iManage Means…
You will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute our unified brand, content and communications strategy that will position us for our next stage of growth.  You will evolve the iManage brand narrative to reflect our leadership in AI-driven solutions as well as connect with new audiences through innovative channels and ensure our story resonates across these markets.

You are a strategic leader who can inspire, guide and empower your team to deliver cohesive programs that elevate our brand awareness, build market influence, and drive measurable impact.  You are a natural storyteller with strong creative instincts to connect the dots across channels.  You are process-oriented and enjoy creating scalable processes to help our team execute our initiatives.

iM Responsible For…
  • Team Leadership: Leading and developing our Corporate Marketing team.  Providing strategic direction and coaching to ensure high performance, collaboration and growth.
  • Brand Strategy: Guiding the brand and creative team to deliver a cohesive brand strategy that evolves our iManage identity and reflects our ongoing transformation into a World-Class SaaS multi-product, innovation-driven company.  Guiding the adoption and application of our brand across the customer and employee experience.
  • Content Strategy: In conjunction with the content team, shaping a content strategy that will continue to position iManage as a thought leader and engages audiences through high-quality, audience-centric storytelling.
  • Communications & Influence Strategy: Building a robust PR & Communications strategy that elevates our iManage voice, expands market reach and maintains ownership of our narrative.
  • Customer Advocacy: Driving our customer advocacy initiatives across marketing and the broader organization to build advocacy within our exceptional customer base.  Creating compelling customer stories, reviews and case studies that amplify the voice of our customers, foster trust and inspire broader adoption of our solutions.
  • Channel Alignment: Leveraging new channels and formats to connect with generationally diverse audiences and adapt to shifting market dynamics.
  • Cross-team Alignment: Aligning our messaging and campaigns across teams.  Ensuring consistency across internal, external and customer-facing touchpoints from product, sales, customer success, etc.
  • Metrics, Measurement & Research: Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success of brand, content and communication initiatives, optimizing for impact and alignment to our business goals. Conducting research as well as developing and executing programs to deliver measurable improvements in our brand awareness, perception and preference among key buyers and influences.

iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 10+ Years of experience working within B2B/SaaS Marketing with experience leading a team in brand, content and communications
  • A proven track record of running impactful brand campaigns for a B2B/SaaS company and exceptional Experience in promoting and distributing content at scale – ability to identify target audience touchpoints 
  • Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Experience in driving cross-functional alignment to deliver cohesive, audience-centric programs across our global teams 
  • The ability to evolve brand strategies and leverage innovate channels to engage diverse audiences 
  • The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and comfort in adjusting to changing priorities
