Being an Sales Executive (Corporate) at iManage Means…

You will focus on partnering with corporations and professional services firms (non-law firms) to deliver innovative iManage SaaS solutions. You’ll own the customer engagements end-to end, beginning with prospecting through closing deals.

You will increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory and own the full sales cycle. In this quota-carrying role, you will be a high performing sales professional who has a history of achieving sales measures in a performance driven organization (SaaS preferred). You’ll consult with your customers to build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate our value proposition based on the customer’s current challenges and desired business outcomes. 
 
iM Responsible For…
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the iManage product suite to offer Productivity, Security, and AI SaaS solutions to corporations.
  • Managing a full sales cycle; prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Developing and executing on territory plans to include prospecting to new accounts and selling additional iManage solutions within existing accounts.
  • Working with Reseller Partners to manage each stage of the sales cycle, from territory planning to negotiating and closing deals, including acquiring new accounts.
  • Delivering presentations and communications to diverse audiences from end-users to IT Managers to C-level executives. 
  • Effectively communicating iManage solution value propositions and the iManage advantage over competitors.
  • Creating and developing sales forecast, updates and sharing best practices with the rest of the team.
  • Understanding key business drivers, customer challenges, and relevant industry knowledge and trends.
  • Maintaining account information in salesforce and producing weekly sales forecasts.
  • Developing go to market plans and pipeline building activities.
  • Partnering with the Business Development team to address inbound leads in a timely manner and to execute lead generation campaigns in the assigned territory.
  • Working with renewals team as appropriate.
  • Representing iManage at field marketing and thought leadership events, such as conferences and trade shows.

iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of quota driven sales and account management experience for SaaS products.
  • The ability to communicate a value proposition, understand a buyer’s purchasing criteria, and ensure accurate alignment to available solutions/products.
  • A proven track record of success in managing and growing a book of business.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and complex sales cycle.
  • A self-motivated and driven attitude and able to work towards achieving new goals.
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others.
  • A highly coachable, eager to learn and grow mindset.

Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Corporate Legal, compliance and related department technology sales experience
  • Experience selling enterprise content management solutions in highly regulated industries including financial services and healthcare.
  • Complex selling experience calling on various Buyers including IT, procurement, and C-Suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to jointly sell cloud-based software solutions with implementation/reseller partners.
