Being a Sales Operations Analyst at iManage Means…

You are ready to join a global team and impact the way we analyze and leverage data to best support and expand our customer base.  You will leverage your strong analytical skills to organize, extract and present data from our current systems to best inform our sales strategy and provide increased visibility into our customer portfolio and lead landscape.

iM Responsible For...
 
  • Performing data clean-up, field mapping and workflow analysis for the enhanced data integrity and optimization.
  • Producing standardized sales reporting and analysis, on both regularly scheduled and ad hoc cycles.
  • General Salesforce administration in support of process and platform optimization..
  • Leading system integration efforts to develop cohesive tech stack in support of sales.
  • Processing ownership and evaluation for workstreams supporting the sales teams and sales cycles.
  • Supporting request review and resolution based on inquiries coming from sales teams, or other departments within the organization.
  • Collaborating with functional roles within the Sales Ops team, to include Sales Enablement and broader sales support efforts.
  • Partnering with the Business Development team on reporting and process optimization.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team on data and processes impacting sales bookings and revenue recognition.
  • Creating enhancements to existing Salesforce dashboards for improved visibility and decision-support for Sales Leadership.
  • Reviewing Salesforce data to enforce user discipline and consistent opportunity management.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
 
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance and a demonstrated proficiency of Excel and data analytics.
  • The confidence and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders across a global organization, both within and outside of the sales team.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to take complex technical concepts and translate them for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with systems and tools such as Salesforce, Clari, PowerBI and Outreach.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Python (or R) for data analytics.
  • Expertise developing customizations for Salesforce.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges.
  • The ability to learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs.
