The Content Marketing Manager position at iManage has ownership of the creation and ongoing development of our content strategy and marketing collateral for our industry-leading software. Our original content helps shape our brand and competitive advantages support our digital marketing efforts and communicate our value proposition in sales conversations. This role will have high visibility in working cross-functionally with many teams at iManage to highlight what makes our product and our team the best in the business.


  • Develop our content strategy and editorial calendar to help support our marketing campaigns and drive inbound leads.
  • Measure and report on content effectiveness and assist in optimizing our programs and content based on data analysis.
  • Own the development of a wide variety of customer-facing content ranging from business level to lightly technical.
  • Create case studies, white papers, datasheets, presentations, blog articles, press releases, web content, emails, and video content to drive our business forward.
  • Implement and manage our SEO program.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues in collaboration across a wide variety of marketing activities.


  • BA or BS in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience developing content strategy in the software industry
  • Relevant experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly valued
  • Any experience with the legal, corporate legal, or accounting fields is a plus, but not required
  • An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent, professional writing skills is an absolute must
