iManage LLC is currently in an expansion phase and is seeking a Systems Administrator who is looking for an opportunity to build and expand their skill-set in a dynamic business environment. We can offer the successful candidate an opportunity to join a rapidly growing and already profitable software company in its exciting early stages of expansion. It is required that the candidate possess good communication skills with the ability to learn new skills rapidly and have a desire to work within a young and dynamic company. A passion for owning and solving problems and a willingness to learn on the job are key features of this role. 


This position requires working as a key member of the iManage IT Team. Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Learning about iManage’s technical infrastructure with the aim to becoming lead administrator of it over time 
  • Managing iManage’s hardware assets, ranging from laptops in the office to data centre infrastructure 
  • Working with the development team with a view to making their day-to-day work more efficient 
  • Working with the company at large to drive through improvements of the technical infrastructure as iManage grows 
  • A passion to learn and improve within the company and share knowledge with colleagues 


  • 3 years of experience working in system administration or graduates with relevant work experience
  • Experience in Windows and Linux-based environment
  • Laptop / Desktop Support and troubleshooting (Mac & PC) - Approx 100+ users split between two offices (both in London)
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • VMware
  • Microsoft Server 2012
  • Managing and enforcing security protocols 
  • Ubuntu (desirable)
