Being a Senior UX Designer at iManage Means…

You will impact the product design for a suite of enterprise software solutions across multiple domains (security, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, productivity) built for web, mobile, and desktop consumption. As a Senior UX Designer you will have two main areas of focus including leading the UX for iManage Tracker, our web-based application for knowledge workers’ task management, and supporting the UX design and research for next-gen knowledge workers’ collaboration. In this role, you will be closely partnered with our Senior Research Staff and UX Lead.

iM Responsible For….

  • Conducting research, usability tests, producing insights and translating them into product workflows and features.
  • Creating detailed user journeys with specific tasks based on discrete user personas.
  • Defining success criteria, measurement KPIs, ensuring tangible user outcomes.
  • Utilizing the iManage design system to produce UI designs & clickable prototypes.
  • Maintaining strong collaboration with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
  • Aligning user outcomes with business objectives.
  • Exhibiting immaculate attention to detail, ensuring quality of design from concept to release.
  • Proactively identifying areas of improvement and potential future product enhancements.
  • Staying up to date with new UX trends, technologies, and tools.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • Mastery level knowledge and demonstrable experience leading full-cycle UX projects, beginning with user research and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivering value to the user while maintaining project timelines.
  • 5+ years’ experience in web/interactive design with at least 2 years' experience with software or enterprise applications.
  • Passion for uncovering pain points and delights in digital products, as well as helping to solve difficult user experience problems based on research.
  • Experience collaborating with other designers, researchers, developers and product teams.
  • Expertise in identifying success metrics and delivery solutions based on them.
  • Ability to present and defend design concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of current web and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related area.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook.

Bonus Points If I Have...

  • Experience working with legal services industry.
  • Experience with content management systems, analytics, or AI tools.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 – 159,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
