Title: Principal Product Owner
Job Description:
Bridge the relationship between iManage’s product managers and the engineering team. Synchronize the product’s release schedule with program managers, release managers, and the support/deployment organization. Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand and prioritize high-level requests and to contribute strategic insights and direction to product roadmaps. Provide expert guidance in translating complex business requirements into actionable, innovative solutions for the engineering team, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical and business concepts. Lead efforts to enhance team capabilities through advanced data analysis, comprehensive documentation, mentorship programs, and the implementation of best practices to foster continuous improvement and excellence. Strategically allocate resources and skills within the team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and effectively communicating status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align goals, schedules, and priorities across different departments, ensuring a unified approach towards product development and release planning. Champion a culture of user empathy and customer-centricity, leveraging clear insights into user desires and expected outcomes to inform product decision and enhancements. Lead Agile ceremonies and processes, facilitating the generation of realistic and impactful plans and goals while fostering a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee the delivery of high-quality features, evaluating correctness, stability, performance, and reliability, and ensuring that products meet or exceed expectations through rigorous quality assessments. Inspire and motivate team members through positive reinforcement, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Proactively identify and address impediments and challenges, providing alternative solutions, requesting necessary assistance, and escalating issues when appropriate to ensure timely resolution. Act as a key liaison between the team and senior management, highlighting achievements, addressing concerns, and advocating for the team’s needs to promote recognition and support.

Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of experience as a Product Manager or a substantially similar position.
Required experience must include: 7 years of experience driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement; using Agile methodologies and tools; using tools and platforms such as Jira, Aha!, and Confluence; Agile project management, including product roadmap prioritization, user experience, involvement in product release, and quality sign off; as well as 6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments; and Saas product management.
Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 – $195,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
