Being a Director of Process and Operations at iManage Means…
In this new organizational role, you will collaborate with department leads and operations teams to understand their business, develop a standardized process discipline to cross-functional workflows, and implement integrated and automated solutions.  There will be a strong focus on business and data process to build repeatability that supports data-driven decision-making and accountability.  Working closely with the Enterprise Data team and reporting to the CIO, you will enhance business analysis, governance and process flow to projects and support the evolution from spot solutions to projects that support an enterprise solution architecture.

  • Identifying and prioritizing operational improvement opportunities.
  • Working with all parts of the business to reduce interdepartmental process friction.
  • Developing a standard of, creating, and maintaining process documentation.
  • Developing standards of operational repeatability and business analysis.
  • Ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence in processes
  • Maximizing value in operational systems, identifying, and reducing tool sprawl.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A drive to break down organizational siloes through successful implementation of cross-functional processes.
  • 10 + years of experience working in a fast-changing and rapidly growing company within an agile environment.
  • A strong business acumen and a curiosity to continuously learn.
  • Successfully managed multiple projects at once with knowledge of project management and process documentation tools.
  • Experience utilizing data to support decision making and prioritization.
  • Excellent relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of employees, as well as a strong customer focus.
  • Creative problem-solving and outstanding organization skills.
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Financial systems and budgeting experience.
  • An ability to understand data structures and data flows.
