This is a remote, full-time position based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia.  While we are a global team that leverages the latest technology to communicate with our colleagues and customers across the globe, this role does require travel for in-person collaboration with your team, in addition to customer, prospect and iManage Partner meetings and events throughout Australia and New Zealand.

You are a dynamic, relationship-driven SaaS sales leader who thrives on building strong partnerships and customer connections. You understand that success in ANZ comes from executing iManage’s sales strategy in conjunction with authorized reseller and systems integration partners, working hand-in-hand to deliver value to customers. You are equally comfortable leading as a player/coach, managing a small team while directly engaging in high-value opportunities yourself. 

You will lead the iManage sales team across Australia and New Zealand, covering customers in legal, government, and corporate segments of all sizes. This is a field-heavy role, requiring regular in-person meetings, travel across the region, and a focus on cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships.

iM Responsible For…  

  • Driving Growth Through Partnerships: Leading the ANZ sales motion by executing our sales strategy in close alignment with global and regional go-to market plays. Working hand in hand with our regional reseller partners at every stage of the sales cycle. 
  • Leading as a Player/Coach: Managing, inspiring, and developing a small team of Account Executives while personally owning strategic opportunities. 
  • Expanding Across Verticals: Building new and existing customer relationships across legal, government, and corporate sectors — from SMB through enterprise. 
  • Owning the Field: Spending significant time with customers and partners in-person, building trust and driving adoption of iManage solutions. 
  • Mentoring Sales Talent: Coaching Account Executives through territory planning, partner co-selling, pipeline discipline, and sales execution. 
  • Pipeline Discipline: Ensuring visibility, accuracy, and predictability in pipeline and forecasting, leveraging Salesforce and other tools. 
  • Showcasing iManage Solutions: Effectively communicating the value of our solution portfolio — Document & Email Management, Collaboration, Mobility, Security & Governance, and AI Services — to diverse audiences from end-users to C-level executives. 
  • Representing iManage: Acting as a visible ambassador at customer meetings, partner events, field marketing activities, conferences, and industry forums. 
  • Collaborating Across Borders: Working with a global team across Business Development, RevOps, Pre-Sales Engineers, Industry Experts, Marketing, Customer Success, and Reseller Partners to execute regional and global go-to-market strategies. 

iM Qualified Because I Have…  

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS/enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Experience managing a small team as a player/coach, hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent. 
  • Demonstrated success selling through partners/resellers and executing a joint go-to-market model. 
  • Expertise managing complex, relationship-driven sales cycles, with strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and building executive-level trust. 
  • Familiarity with selling into professional services (legal/accounting), government, or regulated industries. 
  • Strong field presence and willingness to travel extensively across ANZ. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and performance. 
  • A growth mindset — data-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience). 

Bonus Points If I Have…  

  • Prior experience selling legal technology solutions or SaaS products into law firms or professional services. 
  • A strong understanding of compliance, information security, and productivity challenges faced by regulated industries. 
  • Experience representing a SaaS company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums. 
  • A proven ability to scale sales processes and partner ecosystems within a regional market in alignment with global sales plays
