Being a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at iManage means...
You will lead the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven marketing operations strategy, ensuring process efficiency, team alignment, and operational excellence across the marketing organization. You will oversee marketing technology, data, automation, and operational cadence, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enable repeatable, high-impact marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in defining processes, driving cross-functional accountability (RACI), and managing operational rhythm as part of the Office of the CMO.

iM Responsible For...
Marketing Operations, Technology & Process Optimization
- Defining and implementing the Marketing Operations, Technology, and Data strategy, ensuring automation and technology enhance efficiency and enable scalable execution in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Establishing and owning core marketing processes, ensuring a clear RACI framework across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Leading end-to-end lead flow processes, working with Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead/account scoring, routing methodologies, and conversion metrics.
- Partnering with Marketing leaders to align technology and workflows to business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Overseeing marketing automation implementation, ensuring seamless integration with data warehouses and CRM systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Managing and continuously improving the marketing database, ensuring data consistency and governance across Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Data, Insights & Performance Optimization
In partnership with the Performance Marketing Specialist:
- Delivering business analytics and insights to optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion across digital channels (website, email, content, paid, BDR and other channels).
- Monitoring campaign execution, data flow, and performance, providing strategic recommendations for budget allocation, resource optimization and pipeline predictability.
- Owning the marketing measurement, attribution models, and reporting, ensuring clear visibility into marketing impact and ROI.
- Standardizing key marketing metrics and dashboards, ensuring alignment with Revenue Operations and executive reporting needs.
Marketing Project Management & Operational Cadence
- Establishing and leading marketing’s operational cadence, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation across teams.
- Driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring marketing leaders have the right data, insights, and processes to make informed decisions.
- Working with the project manager to implement project management best practices to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, GTM initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
- Managing marketing’s contribution to the annual planning process, working with the Office of the CMO, Legal and Procurement on budgeting, vendor management, strategic initiatives, and performance reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Serving as a super-user and trainer for marketing systems, ensuring marketers maximize technology capabilities.
- Partnering with IT, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to drive business-side implementations of marketing technologies and new processes.
- Ensuring data, reporting, and technology alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Collaborating with Marketing Leadership and Revenue Operations to streamline campaign operations and audience segmentation strategies.
Team Leadership
- Leading a mentoring a team of high performing marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that promotes growth.
- Developing clear goals, KPIs and metrics to drive team success.
iM Qualified Because I Have...
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, as well as proven leadership of a high-performing team.
- Proven experience managing marketing processes, project management frameworks, and operational cadences.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, and Dreamdata.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in marketing attribution, lead funnel analytics, and campaign performance optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) and data integration strategies.
- Ability to define and enforce RACI frameworks, ensuring clear roles and accountability across marketing functions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Strategic mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000 Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses or benefits.
