You will lead our digital marketing initiatives globally, driving effective digital strategies and operations that align with the company’s business goals. This strategic role is responsible for leading a team and collaborating across functions to generate high-quality leads, optimize conversions across the marketing funnel, and accelerate pipeline creation. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven leader with a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, demand generation and account-based strategies along with intent data platform experience.
iM Responsible For…
- Digital Strategy and Planning: Owning and driving the global digital demand generation strategy, inclusive of always on programs (i.e. SEM, SEO, social, email, webinars), integrated campaigns and account-based marketing to achieve growth targets.
- Digital Channel Expertise: Having a deep understanding of all digital marketing channels including paid media, social media, email marketing, nurtures, search optimization, website and digital events.
- Program Development: Designing and implementing demand generation programs that both acquire leads and nurture them through the buyer’s journey, ensuring strong progression through each funnel stage toward conversion. Intent data is foundational to programming at all levels.
- Program Optimization: Adapting and optimizing demand generation strategies for regional markets, segments and personas, tailoring campaigns to unique needs while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives. Create and implement an A/B testing strategy and prioritization to optimize engagement and increase conversion rates.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Driving SEO strategy with an agency partner including content improvements, keyword optimization, link building and other activities to improve authority, traffic and engagement. Partner with internal content and web teams to deliver on the right SEO/SEM strategic balance.
- Email and Nurture Programs: Driving our global email and lead nurturing strategies including process optimization and continuous improvement. Testing strategies to optimize email, newsletter and landing page conversion rates.
- Webinar Strategy and Planning: Developing our global digital event and webinar strategy and integrating this channel effectively across our end-to-end campaign plans to drive conversion, positioning the right message at the right times across the buyers journey.
- ABM Strategy: Owning the ABM strategy for target accounts, developing multi-channel demand generation programs that meet pipeline goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partnering closely with other teams including global campaigns, field marketing, product marketing, content marketing and business development teams to align on integrated campaign strategies, execution, enablement and follow-up to maximize the impact of our digital campaigns.
- Reporting and Analytics: Helping to deliver insightful reporting and analytics that shows how digital marketing programs impact pipeline and ultimately revenue; defining and tracking key metrics to optimize digital marketing investments, helping with dashboards, and delivering analyses including recommendations as needed; providing data-driven insights into campaign performance.
- Pipeline Ownership: Being accountable for meeting or exceeding pipeline targets and other business goals. Partner with other marketing teams to make adjustments to programs, budget and strategies in response to changing business requirements.
- Learning/Best Practice: Staying on the cutting edge of digital marketing best practices and technologies by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
- Team and Budget Management: Managing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. Oversee digital demand generation budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- 15+ years experience in demand generation, digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience leading a digital marketing team and collaborating across functions to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with developing and executing digital demand generation and pipeline-building prospect and customer upsell/cross-sell programs and campaigns.
- Experience in leveraging customer analytics and insights data to guide digital marketing plans and to properly target personas at prospect and customer accounts.
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal Tech experience
- A deep understanding of the sales funnel with experience in leading the communication efforts across a BDR function
