The UX Designer is responsible for supporting the UX team with design solutions for a suite of enterprise software which spans web, mobile, and desktop. The UX Designer will be able to closely follow directions and move quickly from white boarding/wireframes to high fidelity prototypes to interactive demos. He/she will assist in creation of design specifications to be shared with both the product and engineering teams. The UX Designer will ensure integrity of design as product moves from concept to release. The candidate is detail oriented, able to produce on-time & on-spec design deliverables, assist in identifying areas of improvement and potential future enhancements. The candidate should be up to date with new UX trends, mobile/web technologies, and design tools.
This position requires working closely with the RAVN development and product management teams. Specific responsibilities include:
● Collaborate with product management and engineering to help define the product(s) features ● Produce wireframes, user flows, high fidelity designs, interactive prototypes ● Provide graphic assets & ensure design integrity through development and QA cycles ● Keep up with professional development (classes, new trends, tools, technologies) ● Participate in user testing sessions (administration & analysis) ● Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Personal skills and abilities required include:
