Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Responsibilities include planning and executing inbound (SEO, SEM, Paid advertising) as well as outbound (email, direct mail) campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize outbound digital campaigns
  • Email nurturing programs though Marketo
  • Social outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Plan, implement and optimize iManage website search performance (SEO) Campaign Management: 
  • Work individually, with outside agency and in collaboration with internal domain experts to create and optimize SEO strategies
  • Plan, execute and optimize iManage online advertising campaigns
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)   Search advertising (eg. Google)
  • Paid advertising (eg. legal websites)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Thinking great thoughts, innovating
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in marketing, business or communications with an emphasis in digital media, social media, or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience building, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns for B2B technology or solutions
  • Experience crafting, running and optimizing outbound email campaigns (hand on)
  • Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Experience managing external SEO, advertising, creative vendors
  • Expertise in common Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools
  • Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with changing priorities.
