Being a GTM Systems Engineer at iManage Means…
You will lead efforts to scale and optimize systems integration, lead flow governance, and data enrichment to support seamless execution across our GTM teams.

This is a cross-functional operations role, ideal for someone with a marketing systems background who is ready to work across the full funnel, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams through well-governed data and scalable workflows.

iM Responsible For…
  • Maintaining and evolving lead lifecycle workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, and related GTM systems.
  • Building and managing lead routing, scoring, deduplication, and campaign tracking workflows.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Channel, and SDR teams to optimize Qualified Lead-to-Opportunity handoffs and funnel conversion processes.
  • Documenting processes and contributing to our GTM Engine knowledge base to enable operational consistency.
  • Owning the data enrichment strategy, orchestrating tools like ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Phantombuster, and Clay.
  • Implementing layered enrichment fallback logic and field-level overwrite rules.
  • Managing lead flow and field governance, ensuring data quality and completeness across sources.
  • Partnering with legal and privacy teams to uphold data governance and compliance standards.
  • Leading GTM Ops workstreams related to systems and data for initiatives like product launches, events, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Aligning closely with Marketing Ops and GTM Intelligence on shared processes, data definitions, and system enhancements.
  • Supporting RevOps decision-making on tooling, workflow automation, and change management.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Systems roles at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Demandbase, and enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Clay).
  • Expertise in lead flow design, data enrichment strategy, and lifecycle governance.
  • Strong understanding of GTM system interoperability and data model design.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 – 140,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
